Patient presented with a wobbly upper bridge due to decay in the teeth supporting the bridge. There were only 3 upper teeth that could be saved, the patient did not want to wear a denture

Removed decayed teeth, implants were placed to support a new full arch ceramic implant bridge.

Orthodontic treatment to close spaces between the two front teeth and open spaces to allow room to place 2 anterior bridges to replace missing teeth. Performed by Dr Michael Kan
65 year old female was missing four lower front teeth and wanted to replace them.
Solution
Two implants were placed and a four-unit implant bridge was fitted. The 2 upper front teeth were also crowned.
