Appointment Times
Your dental appointment is reserved exclusively for you. We will endeavour to be on time and would appreciate your punctuality.
Cancellation of Appointments
If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment, please contact our receptionist as soon as possible. Due to the high demand for appointments, we charge fees for missed appointments and cancellations of less than two business days.
Payment
We require all treatment to be paid in full either before, or at the completion of your appointment. We accept cash, cheque, EFTPOS, major credit cards and direct transfer. We are unable to extend credit.
Privacy
Any information gathered about you at Cosmetic Dental is handled with the strictest of confidence. No records may be forwarded to any other party without your specific written consent.
